Mario Leblond is Co-founder at The Farms™️ and its indoor farms manager. In 2018, after several years working with multinationals in the field of aerospace, he decided to leave and travel the world. In the last 5 years, he traveled to over 80 countries. For 14 years prior to this international journey, he was millwright (industrial mechanics) at Bombardier Aerospace, serving the company in several capacities. For over 8 months in 2022, he served as manager at Groupe Allièes in Canada, where he managed over 50 employees and led several implementation projects. Mario is an inspiring leader, and a culture builder.
